What’s your return, refund policy?

We do not do returns nor refunds as all sales are final.

What type of products will I received?

We're a lifestyle product brand so you will get: Fashion, Skin Care, Beauty (for the ladies), Grooming (for the gentlemen), products each season (every 3 months). But we'll be sure to keep things fresh, so expect a surprise with every order.

When will I receive my first box?

Generally speaking, we take up to 48 hours to process any payment. Once payment is cleared, please be sure to expect your package in 2-5 business days.

Do you deliver to AFO/PFO/DPO mailboxes?

How do we reach you if we run into issues?

What payments do you accept on your website?

We accept MasterCard and Visa. And also have Paypal Express (which accepts, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, etc).

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat rate $6 (USD) rate for all shipping. If you are a first time customer, please be sure to try our promo code for free delivery on your first order!

Why can't I order more then 1 box?

Sorry! Due to limited supply of our awesome box. We are only allowing each household to one order of each box type.
