**Instead of another long policy page filled with legal terms, we decide to give you a break, and do this page in a FAQ format!**

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

  • Yes….Madam? Sir?

How do I order one?

  • It’s as easy as counting from 1 to 5 (okay I lied, just count to 3! 4 and 5 is recommended)
    1. Select your box, choose between “WOMEN’S BOX #” or “MEN’S BOX #” or get both ;D!
    2. Add the box to the cart, LOG IN, then CHECKOUT.
    3. Fill out all the details, and click ORDER.
    4. Proceed to enjoy some coffee, tea, beer, water, your drink choice.
    5. Open your awesome box and enjoy! Sign up for our newsletter for bonus tips, deals, and more extras!
  • Please remember our WOMEN'S BOX & MEN'S BOX is a subscription based purchase only! We charge and ship new boxes to our customers every season (every 3 months).

    Is there an additional fee for shipping orders?

    • We charge a flat $6 dollar fee.

    Can you ship bulk orders or pay in advance?

    • Sorry! Due to limit quantities, we want everyone to enjoy the awesomeness, so you can only order 1 of each box per household.

    How do orders ship?

    • We ship our orders via USPS (United State Postal Service)

    When will my order arrive?

    • Depending on where you are located, orders should take anywhere from 2-7 Business Days.

    How do I track my order?

    • We are currently upgrading our tracking system. You can email contact@a-sorted.com for any tracking order updates.

    Can I send an order to a different address?

    • Sure thing! Just make sure to enter the “different address” in the shipping address area when you checkout.

    Do you offer expedited shipping?

    • No! But! In the near feature, expect it!

    Can I pay for an order with a different card?

    • Sure thing! Just make sure to enter the “different card” in the billing area when you checkout.

    Can I place an order if I'm not a Member?

    • Sorry! You will need to log in with a Facebook or Google + account, or make a A-SORTED account with us to place any orders. But hey! Reading this sentence probably took longer to do that anyways!

    Where do you ship?

    • We currently only ship domestically within the United States (U.S.)
    • If you are a fan, and not located in the U.S. Sign up for our Newsletters/A-SORTED List! We will be expanding internationally in the near future!

    Why can't I place an order?

    • Did you: Log in? Try to order more than 1 of each box? Check to see if the item is sold out? Use a valid Shipping/Billing Address? Use a valid credit card?

    Do I have to be home to receive my order?

    • Nope! Go ahead and enjoy your day.

    Do you ship to Military Addresses?

    • Sure do! Thank You for your services!

    Do you accept PayPal?

    • Yes, we offer PayPal Express.
    • Due to how PayPal checkout works, taxes and shipping may only show up after you log into your PayPal account.

    What about taxes?

    • Any sales tax will show up at checkout, once your zip code and shipping information is provided.

    What about taxes for shipping and handling?

    • Our $6 flat fee shipping includes all processing fees.

    What’s your return, refund policy?

    • We do not do returns nor refunds as all sales are final.
